Camera-Ready Version Instructions

These instructions cover full research papers, industry papers, short papers, demonstration papers and GIS Cup papers.

Attention: Wed, Sept 16, 2015 is a firm deadline for all camera-ready copies! All submissions of camera-ready copies must be done through EasyChair.

Please follow the list of instructions carefully:

  1. Consider the comments by the reviewers.

  2. You need to include a personalized ACM copyright block on the first page of your paper. For this, ACM will send you an email with information about how to fill and submit a copyright release form within the next two weeks.

    • Fill and Submit the copyright form.

    • Include the ACM copyright block (which you will receive from ACM in response of the submitted copyright release form) on the first page of your camera-ready paper.

  3. Ensure adherence to ACM format requirements. For this, use one of the templates available at:

    http://www.acm.org/sigs/publications/proceedings-templates

  4. Pay attention to categories, general terms, and keywords (see: http://www.acm.org/about/class/1998). Categories and keywords are mandatory, general terms are optional.

  5. Check that paper adheres to page limits:

    • Full research and industry papers: 10 pages
    • Short papers: 4 pages
    • Demonstration papers: 4 pages
    • Vision papers: 4 pages
    • GIS Cup papers: 4 pages
  6. Check paper format: PDF format, US-Letter size (8.5x11 inches).

  7. Do not include page numbers (they will be added automatically).

  8. Submit camera-ready paper no later than Wed, Sept 16, 2015 using your EasyChair account.

  9. At least one author must register for the conference. This author must register before Sept 16, 2015.

Wrong paper size and incorrect copyright blocks are the most common errors. Please send all camera-ready paper related questions to the proceedings chairs:
